Return and exchange conditions and precautions:
1. You can exchange and return goods within 7 days from the date you receive the goods.
2. Exchange items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging. They will not affect secondary sales after being sent back. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred and no refunds will be given.
3. Please contact customer service for assistance with returns or exchanges.
How to return goods?
Step 1: Log in to your account and click “My Orders”
Step 2: Select the order to return and select the request type.
Step 3: Fill in the corresponding information and click Submit.
Refund policy:
1. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the returned package is received and inspected.
2. The refund will be issued directly to your original payment account within a few days.
